The Thinker Approach
Understanding the critical need for alignment between UPRIO's vision, user requirements, and AI integration, our team adopted an iterative design approach guided by best UX practices. We implemented rapid prototyping within a structured framework, incorporating client requirements while allowing for continuous refinements based on feedback.

Given that UPRIO operates in the competitive EdTech landscape, it was essential to create a platform that not only delivers educational content effectively but also addresses the specific pain points of working parents and students. Our research revealed two distinct parent user types: Active Monitors who seek daily updates on their child's progress, and Periodic Reviewers who prefer consolidated progress reports.
Furthermore, we recognized the importance of creating an immersive classroom experience that could replicate and even enhance physical classroom dynamics. This informed our approach to designing features that would facilitate seamless student-tutor interactions while maintaining engagement and focus throughout the learning journey.
