Singapore Privacy Notice (PDPA)

This section supplements our general Privacy Policy above and applies specifically to individuals located in Singapore, or who visit or interact with our Singapore website (think.design/sg/). It is issued in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) of Singapore.

1. Scope

This Singapore Privacy Notice applies to personal data collected from individuals located in Singapore through our website, marketing campaigns (including Google Ads), contact forms, event registrations, job applications, and any other means by which Think Design collects personal data from individuals in Singapore.

4. Purposes of Collection, Use and Disclosure

We collect, use and disclose your personal data only for purposes that you have been notified of and, where required, have consented to, including:

Responding to your enquiries and providing requested information about our services
Managing and improving our website, marketing campaigns and advertising performance (including measuring and optimising Google Ads campaigns targeted at Singapore)

Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue providing certain services to you, and we will inform you of the likely consequences at the time of your request. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.

You may request:

Correction of any error or omission in your personal data

We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, in which case we will notify you of the fee before processing your request.

7. Accuracy

We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data collected by or on behalf of Think Design is accurate and complete, particularly where the data is likely to be used to make a decision affecting you or to be disclosed to another organisation.

8. Protection of Personal Data

We implement reasonable security arrangements — physical, technical and administrative — to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

9. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal or business purposes. Once these purposes no longer apply, we will cease to retain the personal data, or anonymise it, or remove the means by which it can be associated with a particular individual.

10. Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore

Think Design operates globally, including from our offices in India. Where personal data collected in Singapore is transferred outside Singapore (including to our India offices or other affiliates/service providers), we take steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection to the transferred data that is comparable to the protection under the PDPA, in accordance with the PDPA’s Transfer Limitation Obligation.

11. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach involving your personal data that is likely to result in significant harm to you, or that is of a significant scale, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals in accordance with the notification timelines and requirements prescribed under the PDPA.

12. Cookies, Advertising and Analytics

Our website and advertising campaigns (including Google Ads) use cookies, pixels and similar tracking technologies to measure ad performance, conduct remarketing, and analyse website usage. This may involve sharing limited data (such as device and browsing information) with Google and other advertising/analytics partners. 13. Do Not Call (DNC) Registry
