Our Brief History

Founded by three designers in 2004, Think Design has now grown to be a trans-national UI UX design services company with its design studios spread across 5 cities in 2 countries. Through decades of practice, we bring in breadth of capabilities along with deep knowhow in identifying opportunities and solving problems. Powered by the finest minds in the industry, with deepest passion to deliver uncompromising outcomes!

1 of 8 The beginning
2004: Think Design was founded by three designers with a motivation to change design landscape in India. As a practice, Think Design believed in investing enough thought before action, helping clients visualize various possibilities before jumping into design execution.
2 of 8 The 'desktop to web' era
2006: The world moving from desktop to web rapidly, bringing in demand for new capabilities, design tools, processes and stack. We were imagining products and services ground up, while designing solutions that merged physical & digital seamlessly while also architecting user journey transformations.
3 of 8 The birth of User Experience
2008: We had witnessed 6 mobile OS during this time while there was rapid growth in enterprise mobility, consumer apps and utilities. Every industry was up for this task of digitizing and mobilifying workflows while facing the task of developing for multiple operating systems and fledgling mobile internet.
4 of 8 The 2G, 3G and 4G era
2012: Rapid improvements in bandwidth speeds resulted in every industry exploiting technological possibilities, from mobile healthcare to entertainment to education. As we expanded to multiple studios, we also helped our clients with pioneering initiatives some of which shook the markets.

2016: While all this was happening, we at Think Design witnessed a need for bringing new thinking that would help optimize journeys, omnify touchpoints and at the same time bring in research practices to transform the way our clients thought of users and opportunities.

2018: Agile methodologies practically gained momentum across industries as we witnessed rapid growth in new technologies... making it imperative for everyone to adapt. VR, AR, Iot, AI, ML et all became mainstream; we learnt how to deal with them and delivered with leadership!

Today: We bring pioneering outcomes to the users, continuing our theme of survival of the quickest. From India’s first payments bank to world’s first VR travel service to impacting 100million entertainment users across touchpoints... we are excited about the impact we bring to this world with each passing day!
