Speaking to the audience of MICE (Medical Innovation Creativity and Enterpreneurship) Labs Start-up in Crisis initiative, Hari presented his knowhow in Customer Experience Strategy, Research and Design. Hari walked the audience through several fundamental concepts of CX including:
- Journey maps and the importance of them.
- Customer segmentation and how to go about doing it.
- Scenario stories, a story telling way of detailing journey maps
- Product and Business proposition from CX point of view.
