Our Strategy
The Thinker Approach
We embarked on the project by understanding that a single interface could not serve the diverse needs of this ecosystem.
A simple “storefront” was insufficient; the solution required a complex interplay between consumers, merchants, in-store staff, and platform administrators. Our strategy focused on a “Hybrid Architecture” to ensure optimal performance and scalability while maintaining a consistent user experience across four distinct user groups.
Insights We Drew/ Insights Inferred
Analysis of the local commerce landscape revealed that merchants needed more than just visibility they needed operational efficiency.
Simultaneously, customers expected the speed and convenience of major e-commerce players. We identified that distinct, tailored applications were necessary for each stakeholder to ensure the platform added value rather than friction.

Ecosystem Segmentation
We moved away from a “one-size-fits-all” app to a suite of four specialized applications (Customer, Merchant, Shop Manager, Admin), each optimized for its specific user context.
Hybrid Tech Stack
We leveraged Flutter for mobile agility and React JS for web robustness, ensuring a high-quality native feel without the overhead of maintaining separate codebases for every feature.
Operational Digitization
We transformed manual shop management into a digital workflow using tablet-optimized dashboards for in-store staff.

A seamless ordering experience available on iOS, Android, and Web. Features include recipe customization, flexible delivery options (Click & Collect, Drive), and real-time order tracking, designed to consumerize the local shopping experience.
