Our Strategy
The Thinker Approach
Building a strong digital presence for Pidilite implied the need to gain insights into the company culture, their leadership voice, their customer representative insights, and access to other key stakeholders' thoughts. Thus, we began with in-depth interviews with the key stakeholders. Insights into the key concerns, responsibilities, and goals helped us develop a plan.
Additional study was conducted for the designers to understand the brand and its ethos to internalize what could be understood as a true manifestation of the brand.

With Pidilite being an umbrella company to notable brands with individual brand personalities, it was essential for the core website to be a diverging point for the same.
Additionally, understanding Pidilite’s engaging ad campaigns helped us get a hold of their style and brand voice. This lit the path to the final design system and layout.

Improved Information Design
For better communication of the brand’s individualistic personality, to effectively highlight its engaging ad campaigns, and to improve visibility of the brand’s services the information design was enhanced. This involved redesigning the content structure, navigation, and more.

Mobile-First Approach
With a never-ending portfolio, Pidlite’s website can and would be accessed across multiple mediums. Hence, it was essential to accommodate responsive design.

Engaging Interface
Pidilite is known for its fun, quirky messaging. It was supported with animations and interactions throughout the corporate website to establish a not-so-serious stance without moving away from the authority the brand holds.
