Understanding that the home building sector operates with fragmented stakeholders and complex coordination requirements, our team conducted extensive stakeholder mapping. We identified all players in the ecosystem: homeowners lacking construction expertise, service providers operating in unfamiliar markets, technical experts, architects, contractors, vendors, and administrative oversight teams.
Our approach centred on building trust in a traditionally relationship-driven industry transitioning to digital platforms. We recognized that success would depend on creating an interconnected ecosystem where technology enhances rather than replaces human expertise, ensuring seamless coordination, transparent workflows, and mutual value creation for both homeowners and construction professionals across all touchpoints.

Given the dual nature of challenges in the construction ecosystem, it was essential to create a home building solutions app that addressed pain points on both sides of the marketplace. Our analysis revealed that homeowners struggled to visualize designs from 2D drawings, manage multiple vendor quotes, track project schedules, and navigate budget uncertainties. Simultaneously, service providers faced fragmented markets, delayed payments tied to project milestones, lack of credible platform presence, and limited access to qualified leads.
